Founders Note:(Britney)Today on the blog we have Mariel of Living for his Glory. I have enjoyed getting to know her and her awesome blog this month. So today she is sharing a little bit more about it with you. I love her cookbook post here, and her posts on her adorable daughter are so fun to read as well.
1. Tell me a little bit about the story behind Living for his glory?
I started Living for His Glory as a newly married girl wanting to share our story with people. I believe the Lord has done a lot more than that through it. I've been blogging for over 2 years and in that time the blog has evolved into something I never thought possible. The Lord has truly used this place for His glory and every day I am reminded to blog for Him and not me. Sometimes that means sharing things I wouldn't want to share. It means putting myself aside to allow the Lord to use me through this blog!
2. How did you come up with your blog name?
I wanted my blog to be all about Him! I wanted to be constantly reminded of that fact and what better way than putting it in the title:)
3. Since this months theme is community, where do you find community?
I have found some amazing friends through blogging, and I've truly built such a great community here. But besides the internet world. I also surround myself with other like minded moms and friends.
4. What do you love most about blogging?
Without a doubt the people. I love every single one of the people I interact with.
5. Do you have any thanksgiving traditions?
I don't think we do but we do get together with family every year. Now that we have our precious daughter I think we will start making some of our own.
6. If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? and why?
I would probably go back to California. I absolutely loved it when we went early on in our marriage and now I want to see more of it.
